Vehicle replacement allows you to:
Assign a vehicle to the RO.
The user selects the RO and simply clicks on the vehicle replacement tab, select the vehicle from the list, complete the administrative information, prints the vehicle replacement form, saves the information and then, makes the inspection of the vehicle with his customer.
Generate a prefilled vehicle replacement form.
When the replacement vehicle is selected, the administrative information from the RO are automatically transferred to the vehicle replacement form. The user only has to complete the missing informations.
Create and manage your vehicle fleet.
At any time, you can modify, add and manage the vehicles of your fleet. Some vehicles can be put in repair and subtracted momentarily from the list of the available vehicles, during the repair procedure. New vehicles can be added any time and the sold or discarded vehicles can be subtracted from the list of the available vehicles. When you select a vehicle only the available vehicles will display.
View history of the vehicle transactions.
With the coming of photo radars, it is essential to be able to verify the loans history of a vehicle to know which customer had the vehicle at a precise date. The vehicle of replacement allows you to display the history of the loans for one or several vehicles, for the period of your choice by selecting the vehicle and the beginning and ending dates of display.
ProColor Datapump
The ProColor Datapump allows to send RO detailed information to ProColor Performer Platform.
The ProColor Datapump will allow you to provide necessary information to your Franchisor in order to be compliant with ProColor and get your daily KPI and CSI results using the ease use of RepairCenter.
